Drama festival

Budding primary age actors are celebrating their talents in the fourth annual Fife Schools Drama Festival on May 17-21, The event will showcase 1,200 pupils from 41 schools.

Fife Council's visiting teacher service has organised the festival on the theme of "Our World". Senior drama teacher Cy Pirie says:

"This is an important part of Fife's 5-14 drama programme. Through expression, creativity and the process of staging a dramatic performance, pupils develop their individual and collective responsibility."
