Drumcree arsonists attack schools

SECTARIAN arson attacks triggered by the Drumcree protest in Portadown have badly damaged schools in County Antrim. Police are treating as malicious fires which completely destroyed books and equipment at two primary schools and an integrated colege last weekend, in the latest wave of attacks on Catholic property. Education minister Martin McGuinness called the arsonists "mindless thugs" whose violence could not be separated from the Drumcree stand.
