TES books editor Geraldine Brennan on the inside literary track

Lynne Truss's bestselling guide to punctuation, Eats, Shoots and Leaves, is to be published in picture book form by Profile Books this autumn, with an amended text to help primary aged children tell a huge hot dog from a huge, hot dog. The illustrator, Bonnie Timmons, is not widely known in the UK but suggests pages punctuated with delight. The whiteboard resource cannot be far away.
