Education bright spot

Education provided some relief for the Government in an Ipsos MORI international comparison of voters' key concerns. Britons were more worried about crime, immigration and terrorism than schooling. Only a third regarded education as a key concern though anxiety has risen since the end of 2005, possibly as a result of disagreements over the education white paper.
