End of the line?

(Photograph) - End of the line? Children play at the Bowerdean nursery in High Wycombe. The nursery is one of four in Buckinghamshire threatened with closure as part of the local authority's cost-cutting. The measures are expected to save about Pounds 500,000 a year and will form part of a Pounds 3 million cash boost for schools. A final decision on the four has been postponed until the finance committee meets today
