"Equal opportunities in the 1990s: political correctness or just good practice?" is the theme of a London Association for the Teaching of English conference at South Camden Community School, London NW1 on April 1. Speakers: Sibani Raychaudhuri, an independent inspector, and Dr Debbie Epstein, London Institute of Education. Workshops include: the new Order for English and bilingual pupils; multiculturalinternational literature; and anti-sexist work with boys. Pounds 15, Pounds 10 members.
