NORTH AYRSHIRE pupils will receive practical encouragement to learn foreign languages as part of an international project for telephone call centres. A consortium also including James Watt College and FE colleges in Finland, Norway and Sweden will receive pound;100,000 European funding to produce training packages for the IBM international call centre in Greenock.
