(Photograph) - Students returned for the new session in many parts of Scotland this week, but for those in West Lothian College it was to a pound;17.8 million purpose-built building in an entirely different location - Livingston instead of Bathgate. The new campus, on a 23-acre greenfield site, was built through a public private partnership and claims to be the first completely new FE college to have opened in the UK for 25 years.
