Fare deal

I WAS rather touched by John Acaster's solemn rejoicing in teachers' hard work and professionalism (TES, October 27) but I fear he ploughs a lonely furrow.

As a non-driver from Wandsworth I am a frequent traveller on the Clapham omnibus and I would have preferred to hae been inspected by an entire random busload from Clapham than the appallingly rude, nit-picking, inhumane, pompous and destructive OFSTED team that recently spent five days in my workplace.
