Fees may be restored

College tuition fees could be restored in Ireland if Education Minister Batt O'Keeffe accepts recommendations from an expert group on third-level education, the Irish Times reports. But the Greens, who are in the coalition Government with Fianna Fail, have previously vetoed all options for a "student contribution".
