SIX Oxford University students are to be banned from university premises at the start of term for withholding their fees in protest at the Government's introduction of tuition charges. Eight of the 14 who originally refused to pay the pound;1,000 fees, have paid up. A national rally against tuition fees is planned in Oxford next Friday.
