Film treat goes with a bang

Teachers are forever recording things of interest from the Discovery Channel or Teachers TV for their young charges. Less so, Playboy TV.

But that is what happened to one unsuspecting teacher who thought they were treating children to a Jonas Brothers film called Camp Rock. Instead of the virginal trio appearing on screen, a hardcorn porn movie erupted.

The children endured 45 seconds of the X-rated material before a teacher managed to rip out the plug. The New York head has pledged to sniff out those responsible for the "despicable" act.

Parents are not best pleased either. "My son told his friend he saw a naked lady at school," mum, Rona Easton, told the New York Post. "I thought he was just being silly. It's appalling."

Schools in the UK are not immune from such things. At one Dorset secondary, a film of the school orchestra on a trip to Sweden was exchanged for a different sort of Swedish film. It took pupils a while to recognise the mountains as a pair of gyrating buttocks.
