First 100 teaching schools named

The first 100 new teaching schools in England have been chosen by the Westminster Government. The 37 primary, 56 secondary and seven special schools will hold the new status from September. They will be responsible for leading a group of schools and working with other partners to deliver high-quality support for teachers and leaders at all stages in their career.
