FREE telephone calls as well as free Net access is being offered by a new screaming.net, a new Internet service provider. Calls will be free 6pm to 8am weekdays and all weekend. Users need a CD-Rom from a Tempo electrical store and register their telecoms service with LocalTel, screaming.net's parent company. Technical support will cost 50p a minute, in line with other free Internet access providers.
