Rosemary Cole is a much-valued nursery nurse and learning support assistant at Netley Court, a special school for primary-age children in Southampton Rosemary has worked at Netley Court for the past 19 years. She is also a governor and in this, her retirement year, has taken up the challenge of a new post as an outreach worker. Supervised by teacher Allison Goddard, Rosemary is one of four LSAs visiting children and staff in mainstream primary scools giving advice and support. She's caring , professional and extremely sensible as well as being an "excellent friend", says Allison Goddard. To top it all, "she makes us laugh".
