THE LATEST care and welfare inspection report by HMI has passed without notice because, unlike Musselburgh Grammar, the inspectorate chose not to highlight it. The report on residential provision at Strathallan fee-paying school, near Perth, found that the boarding houses had "a friendly atmosphere" and are "good places to live".
