Fun fitness challenge

13th January 2006 at 00:00
You don't have to be a PE teacher to persuade pupils to take part in the Kick Start Challenge, a six-week programme of "fun and fitness"

for KS34. The teacher's guide provides detailed notes on all the recommended activities, from initial warm-up to final cool-down. As the students join in the events they are not only fighting off the effects of junk food, they are also learning how to set their own personal health goals. Kick Start Challenge is promoted by Abbey Well Natural Mineral Water. For details contact David Brittan.
