Bike around Bangkok or take a trip along a klong (canal) before moving on to Saigon and another open-air lesson. And take a rickshaw ride through the whirling traffic to a market.
The final stop, in Cambodia, promises half a day learning about Khmer cuisine as well as a trip to the ancient temples at Angkor Wat.
