Getting it taped

We have pointed out before that the financial crisis that has enveloped the education service in the Borders has certainly made us better informed than ever before about what is going on there - although not necessarily about the financial crisis.

Nothing is allowed to escape our attention, the latest being a press release which revealed that Friends of Hawick Library had held a meeting. This featured a talk on book care during which it emerged that "sticky tape can cause a lot of damage".
