11th March 2005 at 00:00
Sponsored by the Saudi Arabian Embassy in London, is aimed at developing better understanding of one of the world's most fascinating regions. The brainchild of explorer and Sussex geography teacher Mark Evans, the website has already proved successful for geography and PSHE in both junior and senior schools. The site is interactive and allows pupils to ask the experts about Saudi Arabia in addition to providing extensive information on all aspects of the region's culture and geography.
