Give a fish a home

7th April 2000 at 01:00
You know that aquarium at the back of the storeroom that you keep exercise books in? The Aquarian Advisory Service suggests that you use it to give some fish a home. Initially, the idea screams "more responsibility", but the service's free information pack makes it all sound very constructive. It solves all forms of piscatorial problems with its recommendations for types of fish, their fod, even strategies for coping with the death of a favourite guppy. Children are encouraged to develop responsibility for the fish, safe in the knowledge that advice is always readily at hand. A clear, concise and informative video (which costs pound;6.50 inc pamp;p) supports the pack.
