Grants are in the mail

Delays experienced by students in receiving grants under the Young Student Bursaries, designed to help those who are less well-off, have young children or are disabled, are being sorted out, according to the Student Awards Agency for Scotland. It suggested the postal strikes may have delayed award letters, but that it is on target to process all applications which are "correct and complete".
