Grants scheme

Need funds for your project? The Particle Physics and Astronomy Research Council and the Institute of Physics are setting up a small grants scheme designed specifically for schools and colleges across the UK which cater for the 5 to 18 age range.

The aim is to provide up to pound;400 for small projects linked to the promotion of physics. Projects linked to astronomy, space and particle physics are particularly encouraged.

The money could be used to support a schoolcollege-based science week activity, buying unusual resources or organising a visit to or by a working physicist.
