(Photograph) - Green fingers: more than 150 primary and secondary pupils from Bexley, London, have been working since September on their environmental float for this weekend's Lord Mayor's show. The non-motorised vehicle is made from recycled materials - including 2,000 socks - donated by Woolwich PLC and was designed by artist Jane Ripley. Photograph by JOEL CHANT.
