The Departments for Education and Employment, of Health and of Environment Transport Regions will be holding 11 seminars to help improve safety and reduce car use for journeys to school. The seminars aim to make school journeys safer, healthier andbetter for the environment, and cover the development of wider strategies for school travel. Practical advice will be on offer for teachers, parents, local authority officers and health education professionals. Around the country until May. Admission free.
