Green paper view is doubly damning;Letter

IT WAS widely reported on March 29 that two separate studies had established a link between poverty and underachievement at school. The philosophy behind the Green Paper and national test league tables would have us believe that these children are doubly unfortunate in that luck has also placed them in the worst schools!
