GTCW pens first code of conduct

The General Teaching Council for Wales (GTCW) has published the first Code of Professional Conduct and Practice for teachers in Wales this week. The document, which outlines the high standards expected of the country's 40,000 registered teachers, was launched at Gabalfa Primary in Cardiff, the school where new GTCW chair Angela Jardine teaches.
