Hands up for fair trade

(Photograph) - Pupils at St Columba's High, Clydebank, demonstrate their commitment to global citizenship by taking part in a fair trade fashion show, part of a week of activities to highlight the plight of their peers in Africa. All the school's year groups joined in, helping to run a Fair Trade cafe and raising funds for Olaleni School in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania. Its headteacher was at St Columba's to provide first-hand accounts of African life. Photograph by TOM FINNIE
