The National College for School Leadership has launched several partnership courses for heads.

"Making the most of people potential" is the title of a conference that will be held on consecutive days in London and Birmingham on November 28 and 29.The college also has a two-day residential course for heads in Excellence in Cities areas. More details at www.ncsl.org.uk Phil Revell
