Help yourselves and others

There are many stumbling blocks to the use of video in schools, but none are insurmountable. The most obvious worry is where will the money come from. Other concerns include, how to pick the right hardware and software; and, importantly, where will teachers find time to learn to use (and actually use) such equipment?

To try to answer these and other questions aboutthe production of videos, The TES and Computer Video have set up a dedicated Internet-based self-help forum for schools.

The TES forum is one of 12 video-related forums hosted, moderated and supported by Computer Video magazine. All are open for use by teachers and others in the educational sector. Go to www.computervideo.net, and click on the TES link.
