Here's to you, Mr Robinson

COLIN Robinson, whose wife Margie is a Year 2 teacher at Echelford primary school in Surrey, has just won pound;1 million in a Channel 4's The E-Millionaire Show.

He plans to use the money to develop a website to cut down the time teachers spend ordering anything from toilet rolls to new desks.

The website, which i still being developed, will eventually catalogue all available supplies, enabling teachers to make at-a-glance comparisons between approved companies.

"I want to get teachers doing what they are supposed to be doing - teach," said Mr Robinson, 37, a technical support engineer from Datchet, near Slough.
