Higher Still ballot off

The Scottish Secondary Teachers' Association has lifted its threat to ballot members on a boycott of the Higher Still reforms following the announcement of a year's delay.

The annual congress earlier this month approved a move to hold a ballot if concerns about the pace of change were not addressed by the time union's council met in June.
