If it suits you, sir

Teachers should look smart, but there is no need to insist on suits (TES, January 26). Weari g suits creates a horribly oppressive atmosphere and most men's suits are so badly cut that they look awful. The rule I always follow is NASUWT - "never wear a suit unless you want to".
