Improve artists' image

1st October 2004 at 01:00
A new website for the art department has been put together by Cumbria and Lancashire Education Online, the Arts Council and the Government. The free site enables KS23 pupils to watch artists at work, live in their studios, and explain techniques. Downloadable workshops are available so teachers can demonstrate these techniques in the classroom, and pupils can add images of their own work to the online gallery. A different artist explains a different technique each term. You will need Windows Media Player 9 and Macromedia Flash Player 6 to see the video clips.
