Private school inspectors need to improve the way they evaluate lessons, an Ofsted report has recommended. The watchdog said the Independent Schools Inspectorate had failed to tackle problems with lesson observations highlighted last year. But Ofsted said the general quality of ISI reports and inspections in 20056 was good.
