Insult is no award;Letter

DAVID Blunkett is generous in his comments on the importance of quality leadership in schools and I was encouraged to learn of the double pay award that was to reflect this.

The second phase of my "award" amounts to pound;50 a year. It appears that again the spin generated belies the reality. It is not an award, rather it is an insult. It does not make me predisposed to applying more than pound;50 a year's worth of effort towards future initiatives.
