Irony gap;Letter

So David Blunkett recognises the ability of FE colleges to "reshape Britain's education and training" and has issued a "warning" to training and enterprise councils (TES, FE Focus, 16 May).

How ironic that on the same page I read that TECs want to hold a workshop on the Welfare to Work proposals inviting everybody, it seems, except FE colleges. Enough said.
