Isolate wealthy

Michael Ion is absolutely correct. Trouble is, he does not go far enough.

Until it is made illegal to purchase advantage via the independent sector, the education system continues to be guilty of reproducing inequality.

We need to isolate the wealthy elite until they come back into the state sector and use their social power to demand higher standards for all.
