MORE THAN 2,000 teachers may lose their jobs this term, according to a survey by the Association of Teachers and Lecturers. The union polled a third of schools in England and Wales in May and found that 5 per cent had served redundancy notices - one in 10 secondaries and one in 20 primaries.
