Keeping staff healthy

At St Joseph's Primary in Busby, East Renfrewshire, taking care of staff is high on the agenda. The school took steps to ensure that everyone was involved in a health week last term. Staff were offered advice on various health matters from breast awareness to eating a balanced diet. A chiropractor, a reflexologist, an aromatherapist and a specialist in acupuncture gave practical demonstrations to volunteers. This was after an aerobics class, led by a professional, was held in the gym.
