Letter to the editor

Aha! At last we find out the real reason why the Government wants to keep league tables for Year 6 Sats results. As Torchwood uncovered last week using covert filming, in the event of invading aliens demanding 10 per cent of our children, what better method than to choose the bottom 10 per cent of schools in the league tables? If that's not a reason to start cramming for exams in Year 6, then I don't know what is .
