Leaving Education Minister, Helen Liddell, at new Kilwinning further education centre;FE Focus

(Photograph) - Helen Liddell, in one of her last public acts as Education Minister, helps cut the turf for the new further education centre at Kilwinning in North Ayrshire. The campus will be operated by James Watt College in Greenock and the pound;10 million project is being funded through the Government's public-private partnership. It is planned to open in August next year, enrolling around 6,000 students a year
