Lest Ed forgets ..
It emerged last week that Ed Balls has ordered so many he cannot remember who is doing them all.
Just in case he still needs a reminder, there was Tanya Byron's on children and new technology, David Buckingham's on the impact of the commercial world on children, Sir Alan Steer's on behaviour, Sir Jim Rose's on the primary curriculum, Christine Gilbert's on special educational needs provision, John Bercow's this week on speech and language therapy, and a major review of child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) led by ... well, we'll let the secretary of state for schools take over here.
"We asked Jo Davidson, director of children's services in Gloucestershire, plus umm ... I've forgotten the name of the umm ..." he told a NCH children's charity conference.
The person who has obviously made such a big impression on Mr Balls is in fact Dr Bob Jezzard, child psychiatrist and former CAMHS adviser to the Government.
