Light fantastic

Free instructions on how to create a pinhole camera are among the attractions at a new website devoted to the principles and behaviour of light for key stage 3 science. The Power of Photography was created by camera company Pentax, supported by Planet Science. It offers curriculum support to explore reflection, refraction, dispersion, lenses and filters, and their role in photography, through activities, diagrams and animations. The site has teachers' notes too.
