MacBeath moves south

ONE of the most outspoken figures in Scottish educational research is heading south to become involved in the expansion of headteacher training in England. Profssor John MacBeath, 59, director of the Quality in Education Centre at Strathclyde University, will be based at Cambridge University in his new role.
