Midget under the gavel

Car enthusiasts might want to keep an eye on a project being run by trainee mechanics at Bolton Community College. Seventeen students on two Institute of Motor Industry courses are taking part in a project to restore a 1978 MG Midget, by the summer. It is worth pound;3,500 and will be auctioned to raise money to buy a new car for trainees to work on, and for charity.
