The European Union may be looked on as a milch cow by educationists and farmers, but Mike Webster, principal of Perth College, knows better. At the conference organised by his college and The TES Scotland (page 20) he was tapped for Pounds 30 by the EU's speaker, Steve Bainbridge, who had left his wallet in Brussels.
