Missing teaching after leaving for an office job

27th October 2000 at 01:00
I had to write to tell you how much I enjoyed the article by Peter Briley about leaving teaching to work in an office and then going back to teaching (Friday, October 13).

I also left teaching to work in an office after three years of working in inner London schools. Reading Peter's article bought back a lot of memories and made me think about what I am missing. I hope to see many more pieces like this in Friday.
