Mobile is better

A headteacher has told how temporary mobile classrooms erected at his school are a "better living environment" than former classrooms waterlogged by the July floods. Mike Clinch, from Sir Richard Gwyn High School in Barry, praised the Vale of Glamorgan council for its hard work and modern facilities. This was despite criticism that the authority should have moved quicker in the mopping up of four of the town's schools following the July downpour.
