Jan says: "This resource serves as a go-to guide for food practicals; from what to do with your ingredients first thing in the morning and how to wash up, to when to collect products and so on. GTPs, NQTs, ITT students and summer school teachers have all found it useful."
Another resource from Jan is Key Words in Food Technology, where she has created a PowerPoint presentation of the most important keywords, which are presented with illustrations and definitions. This resource can be adapted to suit GCSE Damp;T food technology or GCSE food and nutrition, as well as certain aspects of the physical education healthy lifestyles topic.
